A company’s fate is largely determined by its social factors. If the product or service is not socially sustainable, there’s no way the company will be seen as a success in the eyes of the general public.
A company must have a plan that addresses the social structures of the world if it wants to be successful in business. This includes, but is not limited, to providing sustainable growth ideas, environmental friendly concepts, more corporate Social Responsibility schemes, and adhering to all social needs and requirements.
Essential for any organization is its employees
One essential component of a business is its people. The big bucks that top management and senior executives earn may be able to cash in. In most cases, however, the peanuts payments go to the middle and lower ranks of employees. If companies want to grow, then they must accept the fact that their employees will need to be with them. This is the best way to do business. Every company should have this mandate: It must reward its employees well.
This is a rare practice, and it needs to be changed. A company can’t succeed if its employees are unhappy. Richard Branson once stated that if you take care of your employees, they will in turn take care of customers and business.
